Amant red is a wine of great intensity, cherry red colour and great vivacity. The nose is dominated by ripe but fresh red and black fruits, toast, fennel and other balsamic, spicy, mineral and Mediterranean herbs. The entry on the palate presents a tannin with nerve but very refined, very good acidity, very marked balsamic notes, where menthol and fresh fennel stand out; it is intense, complex and with magnificent persistence.

Its optimum consumption will start from the third year after bottling. However, Amant Tinto can be considered a wine for aging, with characteristics that allow it to last for many years, as long as the bottle has been kept in the right conditions of conservation.
