On activities/experiences:

If the date/shift you want is not available, it is possible that it is already booked or the winery is closed. In any case, you can send us an email to and we will answer your question.

This experience consists of a visit to the winery, a tasting of our wines and the experience with a private chef. You may or may not participate in the preparation of the meal, depending on your preferences.
Contact us and we will make you a tailor-made proposal with a fixed budget.
We will need more details such as: budget, number of people, food preferences, intolerances, etc.

We will start with a short walk through the vineyard (adaptable to each person), visit the interior of the winery and finish with a wine tasting accompanied by a cheese board.

Visits last approximately 90 minutes.

The e-wine activity is a partnership between E-Bikes Area de Montras and Clos d’Agon.
Reservations must be made through the website
It starts at 9:00 at the E-Bikes Area shop in Montras where you will be given the electric bikes and instructions on how to get to the winery. Once at Clos d’Agon, we will visit the vineyard and the winery, and finish with a wine tasting. Before 12:00h you must leave the bodega and return to Montras to deliver the bicycles.

It is an outdoor activity. It does not include a visit or guided tasting. Comfortable shoes are recommended, as you have to walk to the picnic tables. At the reserved time, the backpack with the food and wine will be collected and the explanation of how to get to the tables will be made. There is no time limit, you will be told where to leave your backpacks once the experience is over.

Clos d’Agon reserves the right to cancel any activity in the event of bad weather.
A gift voucher will be issued for redemption within the next 6 months.

Yes, our customer kids are welcome. Children up to 12 years old don’t pay. Children between 13 and 18 we offer a discount depending on the experience choosen.

Yes, dogs are welcome but you should know that:
They must be friendly as we also have two dogs.
They are not allowed inside the winery. They must wait outside meanwhile we visit the winery (20 minutes).

About the online shop:

Once you have selected all the products, go to the shopping cart and fill in the required fields. On the right, you will see the total weight of the package with the shipping price.
Remember that, if you don’t want to pay shipping costs, there is the option of local collection.

Returns will only be accepted for justified reasons. Such as wrong, defective or damaged products.

Get in touch with us. It is very important that you take photos and/or provide evidence.

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an unsolicited item or an item with a defect, please contact our department.

The deadline for returns is 14 calendar days after receipt of the package.

Yes. The customer shall be responsible for the shipping costs involved in this process.

Depending on the bank, the customer will see the refund in their account approximately 5 to 10 working days after the return confirmation.

Orders placed on working days will be ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Once at Mail Boxes you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date.

Yes. For purchases over 300€, shipping is free of charge.

No. Out of stock products will not be restocked. They will be removed from the website until new vintages are available.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

Yes. All you have to do is ask for it in the comments section and provide us with all the fiscal data.

You will be able to cancel your order, as long as the status of your order allows it. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been processed and has left our premises.

On how to get there:

The best way to get there is by private car. Public transport does not reach the winery, we are a bit far from the centre.

The maximum length to reach it by vehicle is 13 metres. Please note that we are located in the heart of Les Gavarres and the path is an unpaved forest track. Any car will be able to get there, but drive with caution depending on road conditions.

On gift vouchers:

All gift voucher purchases must be made exclusively from our website
In the remarks section you should write the name of the person to whom the cheque is addressed. We will send you the personalised gift voucher by email within 48 hours.

All bookings must be made exclusively through the website using the discount code on the voucher.
Reservations are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

You can contact by email and ask for availability to redeem your gift voucher. Remember that we need to know what the cheque is made out to.

All gift vouchers contain an expiry date, 12 months after purchase. Vouchers are not redeemable.

We are not liable in the event of expiry, loss, theft, breakage or unauthorised use of the gift voucher, and will not provide a replacement voucher in such cases.
