Clos d'Agon Red

Suitable for tasting from the moment it is put in the bottle. Its optimum consumption starts from the third year after bottling and, with the right storage conditions, it can last and grow for many years.

VARIETIES
Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Integrated Production.
BREEDING
About 18 months in French oak barrels (30% new).

Clos d'Agon Red

Great intensity and vivacity. Very complex and changing.
Very ripe red and black fruits, toasted, fennel and other balsamic, spicy, mineral and Mediterranean herbs. Over time these notes evolve towards compotes, fine toasted notes, chocolate, coffee, tobacco, while retaining a fresh aromatic charge, reminiscent of younger wines. Nervy tannin and very good acidity.
Its evolution is towards very round, fine and elegant wines, with hints of very tasty ripe fruit, well-polished and somewhat creamy toast, round tannins and soft menthol. A very long and balanced wine.
