In the nose is reminiscent of red fruit candies. In the still glass it expresses itself in the form of rose petals, white pepper, raspberry and violet. After a brief oxygenation, more citrus and red fruit aromas reach us. The palate is fresh and smooth, with great volume, unctuousness and persistence, while maintaining great elegance and subtlety.
It could be described as a rosé wine that evokes a young white wine on the palate, but with red fruit aromas.
Despite being conceived as a young wine, its acidity gives it cellaring capacity for at least three years after bottling.
