AGEING
Aged for 6 months on the lees in oak barrels with regular stirring.
It’s made from Viognier grapes exclusively selected by hand from the best plots of the property and only in the best vintages. Its production is very limited.
In the nose it’s extremely complex and changing. At the beginning, there is a predominancy of fresh aromas, tropical, magnolias, citrus, apricots, anise and pastries.
Over the years these aromas will evolve into honey, ripe fruit, dried apricots, white flowers and incense.
In the mouth it is light but creamy, structured and persistent, together with the freshness and its persistent aromas it forms a balanced and rounded block.
