The winery’s commitment to making a high quality single varietal wine. It is obtained from grapes harvested in the highest plots of our property (100 – 140 m), on slate soils, in the area known as Mas Palet.
In the nose evokes fresh fruit, offering balsamic aromas, spices, minerals and hints of cocoa.
In the palate is fresh and smooth, with great volume, smoothness and persistence, while maintaining great elegance and subtlety.
Suitable for tasting from the moment it is put in the bottle. Its optimum consumption begins in the third year after bottling and, with the right storage conditions, it can last for many years.
