It is the younger sibling in the Clos d’Agon white wine family and, unlike its older brother, it aims to be an easier wine to drink. However, the work with lees aims to give it touches of final structure, volume and complexity, which make it a more gastronomic young wine.
The nose is intense, very fruity and fresh. Aromas of white flowers and herbaceous notes appear.
On the palate, it is very fresh, with a smooth attack and slight bitter touches that give it weight, and salty notes that give it freshness.
