On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with good persistence, while maintaining great elegance and subtlety.
In short, we could describe it as a rosé wine that evokes a young white wine on the palate, but with red fruit aromas.
Despite being conceived as a young wine, its acidity gives it the capacity to be stored for at least three years after bottling.
