Over time, its fruity notes evolve towards compotes, fine toast, chocolate, coffee, tobacco, while retaining a fresh aromatic charge, reminiscent of younger wines. Nervy tannin and very good acidity.
Its evolution is towards very round, fine and elegant wines, with hints of very tasty ripe fruit, well-polished and somewhat creamy toast, round tannins and soft menthol. A very long and balanced wine.
