Workshop in the vineyards: how to prepare a super table of cheeses Abricoc de Fonteta style
This Thursday 22nd July we will enjoy a very special activity with Alba who will teach us HOW TO PREPARE A SUPER CHEESE TABLE in the style of Abricoc de Fonteta.
An activity that we organise with great enthusiasm to celebrate the summer evenings at Clos d’Agon.
After a walk through the vineyards and a visit to the winery, Alba will give us a workshop where she will explain the products we will use and show us how to assemble them. At the end we will taste our cheese tables and Clos d’Agon wines.
The activity includes:
- A walk around the estate.
- Visit to the winery.
- Cheese table workshop.
- Guided tasting of our wines.
